Interesting article on an indeed complex subject !
I worked as an engineer for the automotive industry before realizing a geek like me needed a geek job ;)
The company I worked for is building cars (not surprising...) and all the business is done in one place. Everyone (and I mean everyone!) is working in one location. The cars are being designed, engineered, manufactured, marketed and sold there. More than 3000 people work on a lot of complicated pieces of software that uses complicated pieces of servers.
In that environment, I think another issue concerning web (…)
